How to Request Deletion

Email your request to ray@emetapp.com. Sending the email from the address you use for EMET is the quickest way for us to confirm the request is yours.

There is no login required to make the request, and you do not need to open the app to submit it.

What to Include

Please include:

• The email address associated with your EMET account
• A clear statement that you want your account deleted

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive details—they are not needed to process a deletion request.

What Happens Next

We verify that the request comes from the owner of the account. This may involve replying to your email to confirm the request or ask for clarification.

Once verified, your EMET account and the personal data associated with it are deleted. Deletion is permanent, so saved places, favorites, and preferences cannot be restored afterward.

Subscriptions

Deleting your EMET account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the app-store account used to purchase it so it does not renew.
